Thank you Debbi for thinking with me. I have started a new blog a few days ago on kidneys. My kidney history is complex and of different phases, will be fine tuning that one for a while before I can share. It is closely enmeshed with this city and so is my healing journey… So my follow up on the latest blog is about that connection., or that angle. But yes it would be great when it comes to me to make this kind of affirmation. I am practicing one that assists me in regrowing a new one and regeneration of the existing failing ones back into life in a matrix before distortions… that of course is for the moment a work tool for my private use. Thank you Debbi for all encouragements. 🤗

Today Debbi, I came home after a for the body tiring day and I spontaneously started saying to myself “I Lóve myself I Lóve myself, after a few of those I realised I wasn’t saying I love myself, but I Love my Self, which gave such a different feeling and felt really true and good to say. I think it is because of your version that I came to feel “what am I saying ?” 😇

Dear Debbi, I truly love the way you interact with my musings and pondering, the best that can happen when I send these out in the world, is that others make it their own and benefit from alteration in alignment with their own energy or frequency, the way it works best…. They become an inspiration for others to do with as they feel is right for them. I can feel that in that making it your own, you respect my thoughts and give them a place and so the balance is right.
